Last Trip to Indiana Beach for the 2010 Season.?.

The summer is over, or at least the free time. School has been in full swing where I teach for 2 weeks (34 more). We have made probably our last trip to Indiana Beach for this season. This makes me sad. Devon and Austin tried NEW things yesterday. Austin went to the water park with the girls and Shane. Austin actually went down the water slide 3 times. He even went to the beach part. This made the girls happy as they love the water. Devon did things he has never done before. It was so cute when he saw the water park. He was off and running to it. He has become a fish finally. Austin tells us he has to get in the water when he sees it as his "gills" are drying out and he needs to be in the water. We finally got Devon to drive the old timey cars. On our last trip on the train, Devon told me he wanted to go ride the old timey cars and the subs. The subs weren't open so we could only do the cars. He wouldn't drive and Casi was mad at me because I didn't let him drive. He decides he wants to ride with Rachel. However he won't drive still. She has him hold onto the steering wheel. When he gets off he wants to ride again. You see along the way he saw a little kid driving, he stood up in the car to check him out. In he hops in the drivers seat. He is taking Rachel for a ride this time. Our day ended with Devon screaming he wasn't done with the riding. Next season Devon, next season.
I am waiting to see if Casi wants to post the pictures we took to her blog, or if she wants me to post them.

Austin and Devon Road Trip Day 5 and 6

On day 5 I went to do genealogy at the library in Maryville. It was a great four hours of research. Hated to see it end. While I was at the library, grandpa and the family went to Virginia's and then out to eat.
We then headed out to Crossville.

On day 6 Casi wanted to go to the bookstore in Cookeville. While we were in town we came across this railroad museum. Boy did the boys have fun, especially Devon. He was in train heaven.
