Bailing Out America and the American People... the perfect plan!

Bailing Out America and the American People... the perfect plan!

We all know that the bailout a few years back did nothing for the American PEOPLE only big banks and their paid officers.
Here is the perfect plan. 1.) the government will pay off, at tax time, $100000.00 single tax payers and $200000.00 married taxpayers debt. It has to be incurred before a set unannounced date.
2.) You have to provide your credit card numbers and any other debts IE. medical, college loans, house loans, car loans.
3.) You must file an income tax form before the April deadline.
4.) It is not announced that the program is in effect... just ask for information on your tax forms.
5.) The banks, car financial institutions and credit card companies all get their money owed and the consumer has $100,000. or $200,000.00 taken off their balances. Most AVERAGE Americans are not  $100,000.00 in debt.  (Some folks would have zero balances at the end.)
6.) NO INCOME LEVELS OR CREDIT HISTORIES used to determined who gets. Just filing your income taxes. Those who don't file, get no credit. Illegals get no credit.
7.) No individual will receive actual cash to spend. The money is sent to the financial institution directly for you by the IRS. Any thing less than $100,000.000 or $200,000.00 is not cash the taxpayer has coming back to them. It is a paper thing only. The financial institution will receive your payoffs starting with the largest amount owed and progressively your debt is paid until you reach the maximum, $100,000.00 for singles and $200,000.00 for married couples.
This is pure and simple. IT IS A WIN/WIN solution. It creates money for individuals to spend, saves some people from loosing their homes, the banks and credit cards get their money.
It is to be presented as a one time thing and written so it can never be offered again.
Here you have it. Bailing out America and the American people.
